Claremont Hall

Claremont Hall shares many of the architectural features that define the Gothic style of Union Theological Seminary.

Welcome to Claremont Hall

100 Claremont Avenue New York, NY 10027

Rising 41 stories from the distinguished campus of Union Theological Seminary, Claremont Hall is a new landmark that seamlessly connects the academic and cultural tradition of Manhattan's West Side with enlightened contemporary living.

With soaring gothic architecture envisioned by New York’s most celebrated architect, Robert A.M. Stern, Claremont Hall combines expansive park, city and river views, with bright modern condominium residences at a historic location over a century in the making.

Residences

Kitchen Cabinetry

Design by Ramsa, the custom Italian cabinetry complemented by Calacatta Laza quartz countertops and fully intergrated Bosch appliance package establish an elevated benchmark for the comforts of the home. Cabinetry is available in classic Bianco or modern Grigio finish.

Corner Living Room

Gothic style windows add a striking architectural touch while illuminating the living room's comfortable elegance.

The primary Bath

A custom Italian walnut vanity design by Ramsa and Arabescato stone throughout paired with custom mirrored medecine cabinet and sconces, and a soaking tub make this five-fixture primary bath a beauty to be hold.

Amenities

The Lobby

Inside, the spacious entrance lobby is appointed with Gothic Revival details and is illuminated by a chandelier custom design by Ramsa after Union's original chandeliers. Contemporary custom furnishings connect past and present.

The Gymnasium

Locker rooms with showers connect the pool to a state-of-the-art Gymnasium surrounded by Union's historic courtyard. To round out the mind-body connection, the Movemnet Studio can accomodate everything from yoga and Pilates to ballet and meditation.

The Library & Dining Hall

Adjacent to The Study is the Library & Dining Hall, complete with a pantry for catering and chef services, and the Library, where residents can access leatherbound editions of all the classics that make up Columbia's famous 'Core Curriculum.' An amenity that will come in handy for residents who choose to audit free courses in the humanities at Columbia University's Manhattanville campus.
